Naira Marley Opens Up On How His Collaboration With Shatta Wale Happened

Marlian Music headline act, Azeez Fashola, known within the showbiz circles as Naira Marley has revealed how his collaboration with Shatta Wale was birthed.

The renowned Nigerian recording and performing artiste in a recent interview opened up got to collaborate with highly rated Ghanaian dancehall recording act, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., better known as Shatta Wale.

Few days ago, the Shatta Movement boss announced the Nigerian superstar as a guest on a single tagged; “Papi” his forthcomig studio album labeled; “Gift Of God” which is scheduled to be released soon.

In an interview with a Ghanaian media persomality, Andy Dosty, the ‘Coming’ hit-maker revealed that Shatta Wale reached out to him via Instagram, sent him the song, and then he recorded his verse on it and sent it back to the dancehall singer.

When asked if he has worked with other Ghanaian acts, Naira Marley referred to his ‘Japa Remix’, which featured Darkovibes and B4Bonah. Watch snippet of the interview below.
